Alphonso Davies and fellow Canadian international (and boo) Jordyn Huitema took in the 2022 FIFA World Cup draw together on Twitch, and the two were animated as Canada learned its fate at Qatar 2022.

Watching along pick-by-pick, Canadian soccer's Hollywood couple were animated with each round that passed Canada by - lamenting the possibility of a Group of Death draw alongside Spain, Germany and Japan, and finally celebrating as Canada were placed alongside Belgium, Croatia, and Morocco.
